How to find Dutch egg donors in the database

Every donor profile records her maternal and paternal heritage, and donors describe it in their own words. To see every Dutch donor, open More filters in the egg donor database, type dutch in the Heritage box, and check each option that appears. Dutch donors are a smaller group in our program than some other European heritages, so a saved search is the easiest way to hear about a new Dutch donor as soon as her profile is listed. Many donors list more than one heritage, so a donor who is part Dutch and part German or English will appear in each of those searches.

What Dutch egg donors are in the database?

At the time of writing in October 2026, 10 donors in the Fresh Matching Program and four in the Frozen Egg Bank list Dutch heritage. Most pair it with other Northern European backgrounds, most often German, Irish or English, and a few list Danish or French Canadian heritage on the other side of the family. Hair color is split evenly between blonde and brown among the fresh donors, and hazel is the most common eye color.

How does matching with a Dutch donor work?

You can match one-to-one with a Dutch donor through the Fresh Matching Program, where she travels to your IVF clinic and you receive every viable egg from her retrieval, or choose a cohort of frozen eggs from the Frozen Egg Bank and have it shipped to your clinic. The Dutch heritage group is small at any one time, so it helps to search both programs and save your search, and our donor egg programs overview sets out the timelines, what each program includes and the donation types side by side.

Where are our Dutch egg donors located?

At the time of writing, fresh donors of Dutch heritage are based in California, Florida, Texas, New York and Washington, DC, and two live outside the United States, in South Africa and Germany. Each profile shows where the donor lives, and her location doesn't limit your options, because fresh donors travel to your clinic with travel arranged by our team and included in the program fee, and frozen eggs ship to clinics throughout the United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

Register for free at Donor Nexus and open the egg donor database. Click More filters, type dutch in the Heritage box, check each Dutch option that appears, then click Search. Each profile lists the donor's maternal and paternal heritage, and the filter works across both the Fresh Matching Program and the Frozen Egg Bank. If you would rather not search yourself, a case manager can review your criteria and send matching profiles.

Both. Some donors list Dutch as their only heritage, and many list it alongside German, English, Irish or another background. Each donor shows up under every heritage she lists, so checking Dutch in the Heritage filter brings up all of them.

Yes. After you run your search with Dutch checked, click Save this search at the top right of the database, and the search is named and saved for you automatically. We email you when a new donor who matches your search is added, so you can review her profile right away. Saved searches work in both the egg donor database and the embryo bank.

Yes to both. Donors in the Fresh Matching Program travel to your fertility clinic for the cycle and retrieval, and our team arranges the travel and logistics, which are included in the program fee. Through the Frozen Egg Bank, frozen donor eggs ship directly to IVF clinics throughout the United States. Because international shipping and donor travel are now limited by regulations in many countries, most of our international intended parents choose to complete treatment at a U.S. clinic, and our team can help coordinate that process.

The number changes as donors join and complete cycles. At the time of writing, 10 donors in the Fresh Matching Program and four in the Frozen Egg Bank list Dutch heritage, so the group is small, and a saved search is the easiest way to hear about new donors as they join. A case manager can also tell you who is currently available.

Yes. Check Dutch in the Heritage filter, then add Blonde under Natural Hair Color and Blue under Eye Color. Because the Dutch heritage group is small, a narrow search may return only one or two profiles at a time, so saving the search is the easiest way to hear about new donors who match.
