No two egg donation journeys are exactly alike, and neither are their costs. A few factors that factor into egg donation costs:
While we facilitate the process and provide recommendations, each donor has the autonomy to determine her own compensation. We always communicate compensation details transparently from the start so there are no surprises. We believe this approach attracts exceptional donors and leads to smoother cycles for intended parents.
Whether you choose a fresh cycle, frozen eggs from our bank, or a Premier Donor, program structure influences overall cost. Frozen egg banking will cost less than a one-on-one cycle and pricing will typically vary less.
For fresh egg donor cycles, intended parents cover donor travel, accommodations, and outside monitoring for the egg donor.
Donors who have successfully completed cycles will cost more due to this previous success.
These optional services are available to provide added flexibility and confidence as you move forward with a fresh egg donor cycle.
If you’d like to meet your donor before confirming your match, we’re happy to facilitate a Zoom meeting, provided the donor agrees.
To schedule the meeting, we collect a $500 non-refundable fee, which is applied toward your agency fee if you move forward with the cycle.
Please note: This option is available for fresh egg donor cycles only. We also offer the opportunity to meet an egg donor in person with a higher fee.
If you need time to finalize your decision, you may place a donor on a one-week hold for a $500 non-refundable fee.
If you choose to proceed with that donor, the amount is applied toward your agency fee.
Please note: This option is available for fresh egg donor cycles only.
If you would like your IVF physician to review the egg donor’s records prior to matching, you may place a $500 non-refundable record hold on the egg donor. The hold is until 24 hours after approval from your physician, capped at 2 weeks. If you proceed with the donor, the $500 will be applied towards the total agency fees.
For our egg donor cycles, you can make arrangements to pay your cycle fee in up to two installment payments. You’ll receive a clear payment schedule with your program agreement so you always know what to expect.
Secures your egg donor, or frozen eggs.
For fresh cycles, this is due once the donor is medically cleared.
For frozen egg cycles, when eggs are ready to ship.
We understand that cost can feel overwhelming, so we offer several resources to help make treatment more financially manageable.

We offer clear policies and guarantees to provide peace of mind across our programs.
If, after matching, the donor is not genetically compatible with your sperm provider, you may:
If the donor does not pass medical screening at your fertility clinic, you may:
We guarantee at least one blastocyst suitable for transfer, freeze, or biopsy by day 7.
If this is not met (and semen analysis criteria are met) you may qualify for a replacement cohort.
Should the embryo(s) unfortunately not survive the thaw, we will either thaw additional embryos from the same profile, or we will provide you with additional embryo profiles to select from.
If you have any questions or are wondering about the specific cost of an egg donor listed on our database, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you.
Our donors do. We don’t cap or dictate amounts, but we do work with our donors to choose an appropriate amount.
Intended parents do not pay the egg donor directly. All financial transactions, including the donor's compensation and reimbursement for expenses, are managed through a secure, third-party escrow account, and we coordinate this process. This system supports legal compliance and financial security for all parties involved.
Selected compensation, program logistics, and travel needs can all affect the cost of egg donation. We do not adopt a one-size all approach to donor compensation, as a donor’s location, travel, and circumstances can all impact desired compensation.
Yes. Because we take a personalized approach to egg donation, we are able to offer flexibility to our donors and intended parents and encourage you to contact us to discuss your goals and budget.
Not necessarily. Even when IVF is covered, donor-related medical costs are often treated separately. Coverage varies based on your specific policy, employer, state laws, and whether you’re using fresh or frozen eggs. The best way to know what applies is to confirm directly with your insurer and HR team.
Donor medication costs vary depending on the protocol and pharmacy and are generally billed through your fertility clinic. These costs are not included in the agency program fee, and your clinic can provide an estimate.
Legal fees cover the donor’s independent legal representation and the proper execution of all required agreements. They will walk the donor through her rights and requirements, so she understands her commitment.
Intended parents are not required to have an attorney, but they can choose to hire an attorney who specializes in third-party reproduction contracts to draft a contract between them and the donor. We are happy to provide a list of referrals.
No. PGT-A testing is not included in donor egg program fees. It is an optional service coordinated and billed through your fertility clinic.
Embryo storage fees are set by your fertility clinic and vary by location and facility. Your clinic can provide specific annual costs and billing details.
Our pricing reflects the quality and care behind each match. We empower donors to set their own compensation, and we cover all travel and accommodations for donors so they are fully supported. This approach attracts committed donors and leads to smoother cycles and stronger outcomes for intended parents.
