Becoming an egg donor is a generous and meaningful commitment. Before starting the application, please review the expectations below to ensure you are ready to move forward.

I understand this is a time-sensitive medical process and I am able to commit fully.

I agree to respond to Donor Nexus communications within 24 hours during the screening and cycle process.

I meet the basic eligibility requirements (female, ages 19–30, non-smoker, no drug use, healthy BMI).

I understand that honesty and accuracy are essential throughout this application.

I am willing to self-administer injectable medications for approximately 10–14 days.

I am able to attend required early-morning medical appointments.

I understand the egg retrieval procedure involves light anesthesia.

I understand that not all applicants are accepted into the program.
